Glasses - fab! Transitions - not so

I was a bit apprehensive spending over £200+ on glasses, online but I was pleasantly surprised! The Aurae frames are really good quality. I ordered the progressive/varifocal lenses which had been thinned down & they were perfect to my prescription. The only issue I had was the Transitions Gen S I added on to the lenses were useless. They didn’t darken at all & the best I got was a faint ‘tint’. Currently in discussion with their customer services team who are being really helpful!
